Wayne Feigenbaum formed Preferred Printing Services, Inc. to provide business form solutions to clients. With a simple service philosophy of never giving a client an opportunity to question the trust placed in us, Preferred became one of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in America, as recognized by Inc. Magazine. As the document industry evolved from strictly ink on paper, Preferred evolved as well and became a single source supplier for all printing needs. Customer service excellence continues to be the backbone of Preferred’s success.

2000-2005:  Partnerships

Preferred embarked upon an acquisition strategy to partner with some of the most competent competitors in the market place:

  • Printed Communications in 2000
  • JC Business Systems in 2004
  • FormSource in 2005.

2005-Present:  Improvements with the Digital Age

As the Digital Age approached, Preferred took the technological lead in providing client’s with the ability to leverage our technology for their marketing and management needs. From complete online document management to coordinating a complete direct mail campaign from their desk top, Preferred clients are following our lead into the Digital Age.

In 2007, Preferred Printing Services changed its name to Preferred Group reflecting the evolution from strictly print to the variety of services we now offer our client base, as well as the several companies acquired. The company’s original mission is still our focus: improve our clients’ business process so they can improve profitability by focusing on their core business and providing outstanding customer service so our clients never question the trust they place in us.
